Payment conditions for tools / Terms of payment
- 40% after confirmation of order / 14 days from dispatch date
- 30% after sending of first plastic parts from new tooling / 14 days from dispatch date
- 30% after release of reference samples or 21 days from the date of sending of reference samples in case we will receive no justified negative opinion / 30 days from dispatch date
The customer will be owner of the tool after payment the whole amount of the tool.
In case breach of terms of payment we reserve the right extend the period of leadtime minimally about period of delayed payment.
Lead time: This time start since the date after we receive order and drawing documentation including 3D data to first samples.
- The price of mould including 20 shots of first parts.
The price for tooling is EXW - PF PLASTY CZ s.r.o. according to INCOTERMS 2010 and without VAT.
Injection parts
Price all plastic parts including price of packaging – Returning packaging. Price of transport palette isn´t included in price of plastic parts. We will invoice transport palette separately – returnable packaging.

We will reserve the right to revise our price offer after first testing of tooling in case we find out that real technology parameters ( weight, cycle – etc.) are difference of authentic informations.
We reserve the right to revise our price offer in case of raw material price increase for more then 3 %, in case of change of shape alternatively weight of parts, in case of usage of different material or in case of other significant change.
